Though I did not meet or know Mrs Ikwo Eton in person while she was here with us but I had a glimpse of who she was through my interactions with her son Joe. Being a product of a GOD fearing, hardworking and virtuos woman myself, I know what widows have to go through in our clime to raise children with the mirrrads of challenges. In this particular case a whole nine of them. Do we start talking about the exploitation and intimidations from in-laws or abandonement by friends and foes alike? Only the grace of GOD must have kept her long enough to train these children. Joe's greatest regret is that she did not live long enough to enjoy the fruits of her years of labour. However, as children of GOD we are consoled by the fact that she is gone to enjoy eternal rewards which no man on earth can give her. Rest in perfect peace and in the bossom of our LORD and SAVIOUR, JESUS CHRIST. ADIEU MAMA Joe.
